Spend the night near your airport and get up early

Ride up to camp on Thursday morning (please calculate ample driving time)

Stop to buy lunch to eat at camp

Arrive between 11 and noon (please be on time)



Option 2: Fly on Wednesday, the day before camp starts

Request Car Pooling on your registration from an early-arriving camper, or Uber/Lyft to camp

No guarantees on car pooling - as it is up to you to make arrangements

Register for Early Arrival at Camp ($40 extra)

Take an early morning flight or a red-eye

Land at your airport between 10 and noon (please calculate ample driving time)

Ride up to camp on Wednesday early afternoon

On the way, stop to buy dinner, breakfast, and lunch (refrigerators are available)

Arrive between 3:30 and 4:30 (punctuality is necessary and appreciated)

Check in and settle into your peaceful Mountain Cabin to start Unwinding and explore!



Option 3: Fly in on Thursday

Request Car Pooling on your registration, or Uber/Lyft to camp

No guarantees on car pooling - as it is up to you to make arrangements

Take an early morning flight or a red-eye

Land by 6-7am (allow for rush hour traffic from your airport)

Buy take-out lunch at the airport

Ride up to camp on Thursday morning

Arrive at camp on Thursday between 11 and noon (please be punctual - both necessary and appreciated)

Check in and settle into your peaceful Mountain Cabin to start your Art Retreat! There will not be time for a nap.

 Getting to Camp


We are located in the San Bernardino National Forest at 6800 feet, with Big Bear Lake 7 miles north as the eagle flies.

San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles are about 2-3 hour drives.

If you drive, please check your drive time on Google maps or your car’s navigation in the days before camp, to estimate your travel time.
